The artwork is for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or distributed commercially without permission. all copyrights and protection remain of the illustrator. Sale of artwork does not transfer this copyright.
Shipping and delivery
All art prints orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date the order was submitted. (This may be different around the holidays). A4 prints are sent in a folder that is carefully placed in a sturdy cardboard envelope and A3 prints are gently rolled and placed in a professional shipping tube.
Refund policy
All art prints are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:
- The artwork has arrived damaged by shipment.
- The artwork is different from the artwork you have purchased from the website.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The returns must be reported to me via e-mail within 5 business days after the shipment has arrived. Once a return has been reported to me, I will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund*. If your refund is approved you have 14 business days to ship the artwork back to me to which you can choose for a refund or to receive a new print of the illustration you ordered. Please notice that the shipping costs are covered by the customer.
- Obvious signs of use of the artwork.
- When a return is reported more than 5 business days after delivery.
- When the artwork is returned more than 14 business days after approval of refund.
